Accessing Naga Games Back Office

Naga Games Back Office is a web application that you can access through an up-to-date web browser.

To access Naga Games Back Office, you need:

• A username
• A password
• A group code
• A link to your NagaGames Back Office environment

To receive your username, password and group code, send these information to Naga Games:

• Your group name
• Your manager email
  NagaGames shall assign a unique group code containing 4 lower-case letters to your group.

1.2.1. Logging in and logging out

To sign in the NaGaGames Back Office
In your browser, open the following link: [BACKOFFICE_URL]

An authentication is required to sign in to the Back Office.
You must identify yourself by entering your provided credentials.

• Enter your login username.
• Enter your password.
• Enter your group code.
• Click on Sign in to access the Back Office.

If an error occurs:

To sign out Naga Games Back Office

• Click on the Avatar icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
• Click Logout to sign out of the back office.

1.2.2. Changing password

Upon the first time you access Naga Games Back Office using provided credentials, it is required that you change your password right after logging in.
You will be redirected immediately to the Change Password page.

To change password

1. Enter values to the following fields

• New password
• Confirm password

2. Click on Confirm.

Once you have successfully updated your password, you will be redirected to the Login Page. Enter your updated credentials to access Naga Games Back Office.
