In Customer > Player, you can view information about players of your gaming domains. You can also generate a wager report for a particular player. Wager reports will show you, for example, how much the player bets and wins in each spin round.

Information of a player includes:

  • Group: name of your group
  • Brand: gaming domain under your group that the player belongs to.
  • Player ID: Unique identifier of the player in Naga Games database.
  • Native ID: Unique identifier of the player in your database.
  • Type: The user account type, which is Player.
  • Country: country where the player is located.

To view a wager report for a player

  1. In the Action column of the player you want to view wager reports, click on View Wager.
  2. Select image and choose date and time

You can only view wager recorded within 24 hours (1440 minutes) after the selected date.

  1. In the +minute field, enter the period of time (in minutes) after the selected date the report should include.
  2. In the Player ID field, the ID of the player you want to view wager reports has automatically been entered.
  3. If you want to filter the wagers in the report, select or enter value in the following fields:
  • Wager ID: the wager’s unique identifier.
  • Game: name of the game.
  • Game ID: the game’s unique identifier.
  • Game type: Type of the game, including Table Games, Slots, Scratch Mini Games, and Cluster Mini Games.
  • Bet type: The type of a bet. A bet can be Normal or Prepaid. The prepaid bet is a free spin for a player.
  • Bet Status: The status of the bet. A bet can be:
    • PENDING: a bet is newly created and has not been processed by operator
    • RESOLVED: a bet is successfully made with bet result being returned to player
    • OPERATOR_UNKNOWN_ERROR: error on operator server
  1. Click on Report.
    Wager report for the player is displayed.
  2. If you want to download a copy of the report, click on Export. A CSV file of the report is downloaded to your device.
