DEFINITION OF TERMS

Term	Definition
BO - Back Office	Naga Games Back Office that is used by System staff and Client staff to monitor and operate the system.
SA - System Admin	SA is the manager of the whole system. They take ownership of most permissions and manage all groups, brands, users and critical configuration of the system.
Group	Group refers to an associate client whose gaming portals are integrated with the GS system.
Group Admin	Group Admin is a group’s representative who is in charge of managing their own group and domains operating under it.
Brand	Brand refers to a gaming domain which belongs to a client (as known as a group) of Naga Games. Brands are also referred to as Operators.
User	Staff members who are either Group Admin or work under Group Admin to help manage the operation of gaming domains.
