Export History

Several resources in the Back Office shall allow users to export files. In Game > Export History, you can view the history of your group’s export activity.
Information of a record includes:

• ID: the ID of the record
• Created: the date and time when the record was added to Gamify Studios’ system.
• Updated :the date and time when the record was last updated.
• User: name of the Back Office user that exported the file
• Group: name of your group
• Resource: name of the resource that exported file belongs to
• Export Type:
  REPORT: the file is exported from the Report module
  RESOURCE: the file is exported from other modules, such as
• File Type: type of exported file, including PDF and CSV
• File Name: name of the exported file, including the file type.
• Report Name: name of the report. For example: report-invoicing
• Total Record: total number of records in the exported file
• Export Status:
  PENDING: the file is being prepared
  COMPLETED: user has successfully exported the file
  FAILED: the file can not be exported
  EXPIRED: the download link for the file has expired
